Tables App - How to forbid users to export csv?

Hello friends,

I use the wonderful Nextcloud Tables application, latest version 0.9, on version 30 server and 31 sandbox.

In the user context menu, the ‘export’ option is available even for those with the lowest rights, read-only.

As a result, any user is able to copy data from the table view to which they have access with a single mouse click.

This option creates a risk of easy data leakage that I’d like to forbid. Of course, it’s always possible for them to copy the fields by hand or by screenshot, but it’s less easy.

Do you know how to prevent this option from being displayed, by any chance?

That was my first reaction as well. In my view, blocking export just frustrates the workflow and gives a bad impression of Nextcloud.

If users can’t be trusted with the data, my inclination would be to disable access altogether.
