Tab.Digital Account Disabled because I didn't verify

I made a tab.digital account and I didn’t know I had to verify it, there was not a single pop up or anything, at least I didn’t see any, days later I try to login into my account and it says it’s disabled, I check my email and it says it’s because I didn’t verify, what should I do?
