Synology MYSQL with NextCloud VMare applicance

Hi

I have a problem to install database on synology NAS.

I use vm appliance and I do not wish use local mysql. I prefer to use synology mysql process on port 3307.
When i make test connection its OK but i cannot use with nextcloud.

It is possible to use external database ?
