Syncing stuck on one computer

Hi, NC Hub 9 (30.0.2, AIO 10.0.0). One client (Mac on Sequoia 15.1, NC client 3.15.0) stuck on “Syncing Changes”, all other clients work as expected.

Nothing in NC log, just a couple of “Capabilities of OCA\Talk\Capabilities took 0.96 seconds to generate.”

Debug log of the affected computer here. Please help, it would be a disaster if I hadn’t set up a Remote Desktop.

i have the same problem with the update 3.15.0 but on windows. I postet my problem here:

Yes, please stop hijacking other posts. Other operating system, other symptoms, other error messages => OTHER PROBLEM and OTHER TOPIC!

I moved your topic in a separate topic, since the one you were posting reported a client crashing after syncing a specific file. Here ist your topic:

Reinstalling the sync client (NC app) helped for a day, now the issue is back. Stuck at Syncing changes. Restarting the app helps SOMETIMES.

I have the same issue. No error messages. Nothing to go off to delve deeper. Where’s the logs for the desktop client?
