Synchronisation fails: "connection closed"

Hi,

I’d love some help, because my nextcloud fails to sync.

I’m using the desktop client 3.10.0 on Windows 10 22H2 64 bit on two machines.

I was going to upload about 40 GB of existing data to Nextcloud and for about 10 GB the sync did run smoothly.

After a while though, I get a lot of “connection closed” messages on the client on every attempt to sync and almost no data is being synced.

I’ve read threads by people who had simliar problems with older client versions, but not with 3.10.

Thanks for any help!

Cheers,
Till

Hello @tillrotter ,

welcome to the community of Nextcloud.

Please see client log.
How to do that? See Appendix C: Troubleshooting — Nextcloud Client Manual 3.10.0 documentation

Hi @rakekniven,

thanks, I am now using the desktop client 3.9.4 and a chunking entry
and everything runs fine.
