Hello,
for several years I’ve been synchronizing my contacts and calendar from nextcloud, (nclood Zaclys), on one side with thunderbird and on the other on my mobile, an old Samsung Galaxy A3. For a few days, Davx5 had been indicating synchro problems with one of my calendars, but no problems with the other calendars. So I created a new calendar to get around the problem, but the synchro didn’t work any better with this new calendar. It was still good for the others.
I reinstalled Davx5. Synchronization is fine for contacts. The list of available calendars on nxtcloud appears fine. Davx5 doesn’t send any error message but I don’t have any data on my mobile.
I’ve installed ICSx5 and subscribed to one of the diaries and I’ve got the same thing: ICSx5 “says” the synchro is done but I’ve got no data on my mobile.
I’ve created an account on another Samsung mobile, a little more recent, and I’m having the same problem.
Google has been upsetting the Nextcloud app lately. It seems all recent version of the app exhibit some kinds of problems. Davx5 may well be impacted by this.
Which version of the Nextcloud app do you run, and from where is it installed? (The F-droid version has fewer problems than the Google version)
I’m not sure if this may help, but one of our users had issues yesterday, and while helping her, I noticed yesterday that she had 2 google-play automatic DAVx upgrades in a row: 4.4.5 → 4.4.4 and then 4.4.4 → 4.4.7.
At similar time, her appointments and DAVx nextcloud calendar account disappeared on her android phone (not just a disconnect, the account in accounts disappeared). She had to re-add it twice, change her password on nextcloud server, and as key wasn’t matching, she had also to revoke the DAVx5 keys in NexctCloud session. Then it worked.
Looking with her at her “Devices and sessions”, I noticed several sessions for DAVx, which were named by DAVx version:
It looks like a recurring issue, reported in many threads since quite some time. I didn’t have that issue with with the old good CalDAV app.
e.g. unsolved
Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.5)

Posting this here to help other users with this DAVx5 issues, and also, maybe to help NextCloud or DAVx5 devs fixing this issue. Thanks in advance for your look at these issues.
