The issue you are facing:
I’ve tried to put my Firefox and Thunderbird profiles into my Nextcloud folder for them to by synched across my desktop and laptop so to get the same tabs open in Firefox, have the same RSS feeds marked read in Thunderbird, etc.
However, Nextcloud complained about a lot of files saying they were locked or simply refusing to synch them. Among them were
*.json
*.sqlite
*.parentlock
*.sqlite*
*.mozl*
Do you perhaps have a workaround so Nextcloud can be fooled into synching the whole thing? Perhaps a container of some sort?
I am aware that such a container may contain large amounts of data but that would be my problem 
Any ideas are most appreciated
