Sync two folders

I want to be able to sync two folders from my home PC to my Nextcloud server. Is this possible?

Yes. By default you sync the main folder to a location on your hard drive. You can remove this default sync point (click on the three dots and remove folder sync connection.
After that the button “Add Folder Sync Connection” is active and you can add several sync points on your file system.
