The issue you are facing:
Unfortunately I have problems with syncing, as soon as I am installing a newer Windows Client Version than 3.1.3 (3.2.0, 3.2.1), syncing is not working correctly anymore. That means, that I can upload a file, but when I am deleting it, it won’t be removed from Nextcloud (external Storage). Client state is then always ‘wait’ or ‘merge changes’. It makes no difference when I am uploading it directly to my Nextcloud Server.
As soon as I am using Version 3.1.3 again, uploading and deleting is working. So I think this is a client bug(?).

Steps to replicate it:
- Install a newer Client Version than 3.1.3.
