Perhaps we should consider enabling the Support Template in more categories? It’s tiring enough asking for the same info when people skip the template when it is offered, but looking closer we also don’t always provide it automatically.

we are working since a while on reducing number of categories… hopefully we can complete this task soon and end up with only few categories (the goal is to merge Installation and all/most of Features & apps into Support)

@jtr Did you have specific categories in mind? Perhaps you could provide a quick sketch or draft of how you think that would work (on whatever category comes to mind). No promises, but that would actually be very helpful!
