i have with friends over talk an Stammtisch or in international an Every Week meet and greet or something, so, if you not connected with Nextcloud, is there no possibility to connect the users where is not logged in .. So, why not a “Connector” for the desktop, like Skype or so, an possibility if anyone connect and ringing on an User to give the ringing further to the users desktop.. on the systray, maby also a chatwindow where is connected to the nextcloud talk or/& a Camera+microfon/sound connect to the desktop in the systray.. an app where letz’s connect the cloud and connect with the Talkapi directly to the desktop.. Therewith is the Talk in the Cloud, at me blackysgate.net/nextcloud a talk-server and gives the api for an App where hang in in the systray of the desktop, like skipe, this makes enable to be call-able direct at the desktop of the user and the browser dont must ever open and can be closed, but the Talk-systray is ever ready for a call .. from the Nextcloud or poll the Talk-chat, maybe also the forum from the forum-app so, the last post or make this app as OS-WM-Systray-app for winNT and Linux + plugins, then could this also possible for crating addons, like skypelike Chat and Forumposts and other app informations for the desktop, therewith could be the user callable and if also an plugin for Contacts, can search in the systray for an contact, in the systray and all what’s Nextcloud offer can this Systray-Program offer, as active connect to the nextcloud.. Also a plugin where make a user-account-backup like => idrive or something where backup ~/ so the $HOME , if anyone whant it, but not at microsoft or apple, at this, at home to the own Nextcloud with an NDrive (Backupdrive) as plugin where can also letz show an cloud-space and backup icon out of the plugin, an Talkicon, right mousekey, open Chat or Videoconference, from room to room or from land to land over the private Nextcloud and his/her n’Systray App + Plugins in WinNt and Linux in linux over rpm,deb (i hate flatpack, it’s like MCDonaldts and not nativ) or appimage, $HOME/.config/nextcloud/systray/plugins
would cool to have some Nextcloud SysTray where is connect to Nextcloud per adress + User + password.
this makes also possible for have in a factory also an connect, chat, Videoconference and so on, but mutch smarter and only over the own hosted private nextcloud and maybe direcktly crypted from nextcloud to endpoint like a VPN to hold all save between Nextcloud and Desktop.
