Subscribe to a Nextcloud provider: error

I’m trying to start using nextcloud using free space by a provider.
On the page https://nextcloud.com/signup/ I write my email address and click on “Sign up”.
I get the messages “Creating your account” and “Error: something happened”.

Am i missing something to do?
