STUN/TURN Serverport nicht erreichbar

Hallo alle zusammen.
Ich habe mir die Tage einen eigenen STUN/TURN Server mit auf meiner Nextcloud Instanz installiert.
Soweit auch alles schick, jedoch sind aus irgend einem Grund die/der Port nicht erreichbar, intern wie extern.
Die Firewall auf dem Server ist disable wenn man den Status abfragt.
Möchte ich mit Telnet den Port 5349 testen, bekomme ich leider keine Antwort.
Mache ich ein Telnet auf 443 oder 80, ist alles schick.

Ich hab irgendwie keine Idee mehr woran es noch liegen kann, dass der Port nicht geöffnet wird.

service coturn status gibt aus das der Dienst läuft, jedoch von der eingetragenen IP keine Rückantwort bekommt.

Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee was das für ein Phänomen ist?

turnserver.conf:
–no-cli Turn OFF the CLI support. By default it is always ON, and the process turnserver accepts the telnet client connections on IP address 127.0.0.1, port 5766. See also options –cli-ip , –cli-port and –cli-password .

@peteman52 thx for your answer. I have unterstand indication.
The nmap scan issues the port 80 and 443 is open, however 5349 is not open.
Why? I do not get it.
