Stuck Upgrading a 22.2.6.2 instance

Nextcloud version: 22.2.6.2
Operating system and version: docker image nextcloud:22-fpm-alpine

The issue you are facing:
While pulling a new image for nextcloud:22-fpm-alpine and recreating the container, it tried to upgrade my nc22 installation to nc24, bricking my instance in the process.

I’m completely stuck, please help!

Use the tags of that docker image to define that you want to update to the earlier 23 release, as opposed to pulling latest.
