Stuck after update to 22.2

Hello,

I am using nextcloud on a shared hosting.
It was working fine until now when I tried to update from 21.0.5 to 22.2 using the web based updater.
Update went fine but i got stuck with an internal system error.

I have huge log file with the following messages for different files :

“message”:“Exception when running cache.gc.”,“userAgent”:“rclone/v1.45”,“version”:“22.2.0.2”,“exception”:
Message":“An exception occurred while executing a query: SQLSTATE[HY001]: Memory allocation error: 1038 Out of sort memory, consider increasing server sort buffer size”,“Code”:1038,“Trace”:

or

["/homepages/19/d/htdocs/oc/moncloud/apps/dav/appinfo/v2/remote.php"],“function”:“require_once”}],“File”:"/homepages/19/d/htdocs/oc/moncloud/3rdparty/doctrine/dbal/src/Driver/PDO/Statement.php",“Line”:82}},“CustomMessage”:“Exception when running cache gc.”}}

I do not have Maria db or mysql 8, only version 5.7. this could be the cause.

Could it be the problem?
At this time I deleted 22.2 and went back tO 21.0.5

Thank you

was the Nextcloud software installed on TrueNAS using a “Plugin” ? If so that is your main problem.

Thank you.
In fact no, it is not on a trueNAS. It is on a hosted web server.
