Hello, I am struggling to disable encryption. I want to disable encryption because I keep getting the Encryption not ready: multikeyencryption failed error:0480006C:PEM routines::no start line error and don’t know how to fix that.
In trying to disable encryption I try to enable maintenance mode I run sudo -u serena php /home/serena/web/(domain)/public_html/occ maintenance:mode --on
and I get the output of Could not open input file: /home/serena/web/(domain)/public_html/occ
The Nextcloud user is “serena” and the Nextcloud directory is “/home/serena/web/(domain)/public_html”
These are the defaults set up by the Hestia Control Panel.
Why do I keep getting this error and how do I get occ to work?
I use Nextcloud Hub 3 - 25.0.1, Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS, PHP 8.0, and Hestia CP 1.6.11.
