Switching the primary storage to a S3 bucket is this just changing the config or do you need to make more post changes? right now I het erros that files cannot be found. Check https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/5516 for the logs.

I’d assume - because I haven’t explicitly done it - you’d need to follow the standard procedure:

I’m guessing you’ve mounted S3 locally, though if not this is likely wrong advice
