I have Collaborative Tags | Automated Tagging | and File Retention Apps installed. It’s not entirely clear to me, from the docs, how to enforce a, let’s say, 30 day file retention policy. Any help or links to how-tos will be appreciated.
I thought that I’d managed to set it up correctly but it doesn’t appear to be working.
I assigned a group called backups
I added a tag that flagged all members of the backup group
I added a files retention of 14 days - 15 days later the files were still there.
I used this short guide, well written. Try it.
