Hi, there is an issue with the way the photos are sorted when displaying them full screen in your browser.
I think I can explain it best with giving an example:
Assuming you have folder with pictures with file names similar to this system:
Image_1
Image_2
Image_3
Image_4
Image_5
Image_6
Image_7
Image_8
Image_9
Image_10
Image_11
…
Image_20
Image_21
When displaying the pictures in the normal file explorer view in a browser (list or grid view), they will be sorted exactly like I wrote it above.
However, when clicking on these pictures to open them with the full screen viewer and then clicking through them they will be sorted like this:
Image_1
Image_11
Image_12
…
Image_2
Image_20
Image_21
Image_3
Image_4
Image_5
So it has to do with the way the full screen mode sorts files by numbers. It doesn’t matter in what way files are named, as soon as there are numbers involved, the full screen view will sort them as described.
Is there anything I can do myself to change this behavior? Or is this some sort of bug?
This has been around since I’ve started using NC with version 19, I’m using 22.2.00 now.
Again, this issue only applies when viewing photos directly via browser.
