I am installing the current version of nextcloud onto a ubuntu 20 server image. I am following this tutorial: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/20/admin_manual/installation/source_installation.html#apache-configuration-label. I get to this command: sudo -u www-data php /var/www/nextcloud/occ maintenance:update:htaccess. I run it, and I get the following:
Nextcloud is not installed - only a limited number of commands are available
There are no commands defined in the “maintenance:update” namespace.

Here is where my nextcloud is installed: /var/www/nextcloud.
How do I proceed from here?
