I have some apps tha don’t appear in the menu, neither the menu of admin or in the menu of a normal user. For instance DICOM Viewer (there are more, I use this as an example).
It is in Active Apps, it seem to be ok but I can’t use it because it is in no menu.
I have tried to disable-remove-install&enable it, to no avail.
As administrator I go to Adminstration-Custom Menu, then select “show and hide the list of applications” … it does not appear there.
How can I put it in the menu?
I don’t use the DICOM Viewer myself, but if I look at the screenshots here, there’s no dedicated app icon to be seen there either, so if I had to guess, I’d say that’s normal and the app will open as soon as you click on/open a corresponding file.

Auditing/logging
Automated PDF conversion
CAD viewer

I think all of them must be associated with file handling or similar
