As the title says. I have OnlyOffice successfully linked to an OnlyOffice docs server on a separate machine and functioning normally for myself. Unfortunately, other users don’t see the option to convert or open documents with OnlyOffice. I couldn’t find any other threads regarding this nor do I see any settings in administration to make it available for other users. I am running NextCloud Snap and OnlyOffice community edition both on CentOS stream 8. Thanks!
There is an option called Restrict access to editors to following groups in the Nextcloud OnlyOffice connector app. Is that helpful?
Yep, that was very helpful. The box was unchecked. Once I checked it and added my admin and users groups to it, OnlyOffice became available to everyone. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
