[SOLVED] Forms: deleting "Responses are connected to your account."

Hi everyone,
using NC 27.1.4 and the app Forms.
I wish I could get rid of the message “Responses are connected to your account.” that appears on all forms I create…

When sending the form to people who are not cloud users, it gives them the wrong impression that they need to register or are being registered…
