I have a problem with windows desktop client, when i care connect to my nextcloud serveur, i have this error:
Connection failed to nextcloud on https://mydomain.com/status.php :
Connection to proxy refused
Any idea ?

If you solved your problem, it would be nice to let others know how you solved it in case they ran in a similar issue.
I have selected “no proxy server” in parameter. 
Settings > Network > No Proxy
