Slow uploadspeed with NextcloudPi on Raspberry Pi 4

Hey, my problem is, when i upload some files to my local server it hat an uploadspeed of 2 MB/s. I think its a little bit too slow. but i dont know how i can make it faster. I saw when i do ncp-config i can adjust the nc-limits but i dont know how many php threads nc need or whats ment with RedisMEM and how many needs it? can somebody help me making it faster? the upload and download speed to the internet of nc are the same but i’ve done a speedtest it is much more possible.
