if you are receiving errors for you nextcloud signaling server try this
1.Ensure connectivity between nextcloud and the signaling server and all ports work well in the lan and wan
2.it may be a certificate issue get a lets encrypt certificate for both nextcloud en signaling server and put nextcloud on port 443 while testing
