just upgraded to NC14.01.1 from NC13.06.
Unfortunately sharing of new folders is not possible. I set log level to 0. But no output appears in the nextcloud log file. Neither in nginx log files.
Nextcloud version : 14.0.1.1.
Operating system and version : Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS
Apache or nginx version : nginx/1.10.3
PHP version : PHP 7.0.32
Appreciate any hint for further analysis.

What exactly do you mean with “is not possible”?
You don’t have the share button to initiate? If that’s the case, please try to disable your ad blocker for now. If that doesn’t help, deactivate your antivirus software (web scan) for a quick test.
There was a user, who discovered that such applications blocked the loading of the share button.
Therefore the tests, to rule that out.
I’ve had an issue with css which made sharing in Web Interface impossible.
I think I fixed this by running occ maintenance:theme:update.

I just tested the recommendation from timm2k. Unfortunately this did not help. Restarted nginx after issuing the occ command.
Scenario:
I press the usual icon to share a folder or file. Then I enter the name of the local user.
I get the following output which does not end.
Client is Firefox on 62.0.3 on Kubuntu 18.04.1.

after upgrade from 14.0.1 to 14.0.2 ==> 14.0.3 this issue is fixed.
But in 14.0.3 the UI is broken.
E.g. Calendar icon is missing in the menu bar.
14.x seems to be not stable. Continue testing and analysis.
