I have a folder which contains several .mp4 files. I can share the individual files and using the share link they will play properly. However, if instead I share the folder, the contents are visible using the share but attempting to access a file results in:
The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
I am running containerized v 18.
