I was able to clear the 404 error by disabling rich workspaces

@I want to hide the Add notes field at the top of the file list on NC18

Since 18.0.1 it’s possible to disable readme.md for all users via occ: occ config:app:set text workspace_available --value=0

I’m still getting that 403 forbidden error and no files being displayed, yet I’m still able to download all the files.
