is there a way, I can share a global template folder wird md Files?
Currently all shared folders are placed in a subfolder called “shared” of any user.

Bei default there is no mechanism to provide a global template folder similar to the existing one, but you can use the Group Folders app to share files with users and the Auto Groups app to automatically add users to specific groups.
