Setting app permissions per group

Hi, I’m fairly new to expanding my nextcloud for other users after running it for over a year now with mainly notes, calendars and talk. With these new users I want to set group policies and which user or group can use which apps. This might be straightforward question/answer but I can’t seem to find how to do this.

The Basics

  • Nextcloud Server version (e.g., 29.x.x):
    • 32.0.2
  • Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 24.04):
    • Synology NAS docker
