Set defaults for new users (dashboard, files etc)

Hey,

I am looking to make the onboarding for new users a smooth as possible. For this I’d like to:

  1. Set default dashboard settings for all users
  2. Set default files (not the stock files by NC) for all users
  3. Redirect them to the ‘Collective’ page of the group they are part.

Is this possible?

Nextcloud version : 28.0.5

Yes, see the Admin Manual:

(Except for item 3; I’m not sure about that one… Might be a good question to post on its own in the Collective app area of the forums).
