Session error, token expired on browser login

The Basics

  • Nextcloud Server version (e.g., 29.x.x):
    • Nextcloud 30.0.2.2
  • Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 24.04):
    • Debian 12 Bookworm
  • Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Yes / No):
    • No
  • Installation method (e.g. AlO, NCP, Bare Metal/Archive, etc.)
    • Docker container
  • Are you using CloudfIare, mod_security, or similar? (Yes / No)
    • Yes, Cloudflare

Summary of the issue you are facing:

When I try to login on the browser, I get the error: “Session error. It appears your session token has expired, please refresh the page and try again.” While this happens on different browsers, on multiple devices for all users, Nextcloud clients on different operating systems work fine.

Maybe someone can assist me on this? Frankly, I don’t know how to access the logs without logging in to the admin panel, but I can provide more details if needed! Nextcloud is running on a Debian 12 VM, as a docker container.

Thanks in advance!

Got it fixed by correct the Nginx proxy manager advanced tab. there’s an guide on the documentation about that.
