Server capascity got low, less than 5GB space. After doubling the disk, can't access to site anymore

Nextcloud sent messages that ther eis no more than 5 Gb space left. After up-grading the server from 80Gb to 160 GB, no-one can access the site any more, not even the admin. Is the connection lost between passwd-db and nextcloud?
→ However, the calendar application is still running on the background - I have a tool where user can reserve a n appointment for my calendar, and surprisingly that is still working.
And I’m able to access to nextcloud file system with windows instance… BUT nit access the web-site.
Anyone had similar challenges or could thing where to dig?

In that case something was mis-configured. You’ll need to log into the machine and figure it out at the filesystem level over SSH or keyboard and mouse, etc.
