Is there a way to do selective sync anymore? I don’t have an option to only select which folders I want to sync anymore. I am on 25.04 on the server and Version 3.7.4 (Windows) on my desktop.

likely you have VFS activated - then references to all server files are stored locally and downloaded on demand… as references don’t use local memory there is no need to choose locations anymore:
