"Security report based on the bookworm release" -- but I upgraded to trixie

Recently I upgraded my nextcloudpi to trixie.

Every night around 2 o’clock a.m. the nextcloudpi sends an email about “Debian security status of nextcloudpi”. It starts with the sentence: “Security report based on the bookworm release”.

But I upgraded to trixie and I’d like to change the machinery so that I get that email based on the trixie release. Where can I find the config-file?

Check:

pi@ncp-ct100:~$ cat /etc/os-release
PRETTY_NAME="Debian GNU/Linux 13 (trixie)"
NAME="Debian GNU/Linux"
VERSION_ID="13"
VERSION="13 (trixie)"
VERSION_CODENAME=trixie
DEBIAN_VERSION_FULL=13.7
ID=debian
HOME_URL="https://www.debian.org/"
SUPPORT_URL="https://www.debian.org/support"
BUG_REPORT_URL="https://bugs.debian.org/"
pi@ncp-ct100:~$ cat /etc/issue
Debian GNU/Linux 12 \n \l
pi@ncp-ct100:~$

Maybe you change your issue entry.

Thank you, I changed /etc/issue 12 into 13. Will report, if email is correct.

No, unfortunately changing the number in issues did not help, the security status still is being reported on the bookworm release.

Sorry, just a try, Tbh I’m not aware how you set up your notification mail; for scripts you are searching for take a look at github repository. For me it’s more a cosmetic issue.
