Is there any way to push Screen Security of Nextcloud Talk Mobile Application through the OCC command or from the on-prem Nextcloud Server?

Steps to replicate it:

  1. I need to push the screen security feature on every users in Nextcloud Talk Mobile Application and I don’t know how to drive from Nextcloud Server to Client Mobile Application.
