Question: is there already an app / addon for document scan option in de android/eOS mobile Nextcloud apps?
For iOs is seems te be there, but is there also for android this option?
Like this: iOS app update 2.22.5 available with improvements to Document scanning and more!
Or is there a thirdparty app possible which integrates?

Hi there.
I just checked on my Android app (Ver 3.34.1) And the feature is there.
Click on the + symbol to add to Nextcloud and there’s an entry in the menu to scan a document from camera.
Just tested it out and seems to work quite well.
On iOS there is this option as well, more → scanned images (either you take an existing one or you take a new one). I used it already in previous versions.

In my android app (version 3.34.1 on eOS) there is the option in the plusmenu “Uploading from camera”, but that is not “scan from /with camera” and a document is then just a picture. So that is not what a ment by “scan a document” option, see the link of the iOS app which does have this scan document option.
See screenshot, it is in dutch but you see the icons telling so.
I found the following app in the F-Droid Store: FairScan – PDF Scanner | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository
It does not have direct Nextcloud integration, but it has a share button that allows you to share the PDF with the Nextcloud app after scanning it to upload it to Nextcloud.
not sure, this would be the right feature request on github?
