Upload of large files doesn’t work. Neither through webgui nor Nextcloud Desktop client.
Nextcloud version 13.0.0:
Operating system and version 16.04:
Apache or nginx version nginx/1.10.3:
PHP version 7.1:
In nextcloud.log I see the following entry.

Hi,
I am having trouble with chunked uploads in nextcloud 13. It doesn’t seem to work from web ui & sync client.
If I change the sync client chunkSize setting on my mac os client then I am able to upload files by effectively disabling chunking when setting chunk size to something larger than the file to be uploaded.
I also upgraded nextcloud to version 13 from 12 a few weeks ago using the webui.
I should also not that my php settings are correct and in line with https://docs.nextcloud.com/se…
But what did you change that make the messages disappear?

I have overridden values in the database, seems to work.
It is a bug.
INSERT INTO oc_appconfig
( appid
, configkey
, configvalue
) VALUES (‘files’, ‘max_chunk_size’, ‘524288000’);
@Huml does it work also with the desktop client? for me it only works with the web-gui.

just wanted to bring this up again since i’m still suffering from that bug.
since last post I tried two programs: mountain duck and cyber duck .
both are able to provide the file on the nextcloud server via webdav.
with cyberduck it’s working. I was able to copy a file > 100mb.
with mountain duck it wasn’t possible. upload was startet but never finished.
I also still see this error frequently:
“Sabre\DAV\Exception\BadRequest: expected filesize 3366357 got 1900544”
Any ideas what to do?
The github issue was closed because they cannot reproduce it.
I am on encrypted Nextcloud 14.0.4
