Retrieving desktop access to account created on FP3/Iodeos

Hello, I have created a NextCloud on my FP3 device that operates with iodeos (which uses NextCloud by default). I was trying to access NextCloud via website to sync Carnet but it kept giving back wrong password error. Now I seem to be logged out of my mobile account also and I am not receiving any reset psw email (cannot remember if I had to set any on mobile though). Can you please help me to figure out what to do? Thank you.
