Is there any way to upload the data without backup?
I work with 4 TB, to make a backup on my server, it would take months, is it possible for me to just leave the files and data in the database and it simply resynchronizes the local files?
as if it were from local to server instead of server to local

But one thing: Never run your NC without backup. Otherwise asking for help is not fair.
