So, it seems apps restricted by group are still shown to users without access. I’ve been assuming they would not actually be given the option to know such restricted apps existed on the server.
Is this true, or is there some aspect of this I’ve been missing over the years?
Is this also like this on Nc24? If not it is maxbe a bug in Nc25?

cloud.next* is currently on the rc of 25 and I’m encountering it there as a guest user.
Prpbably then a bug in the guest app, I suppose…

Can you open an issue in the guests app regarding this?

Because #437 has been closed and I face the exact same issue on Nextcloud 20.0.5… :

> The app restriction works fine when apps are included in the white label list, but the icons themselves still show on the app menu bar at the top when logged into NextCloud.

> If the guest user notices an icon at the top that is not part of the white label list, they will get an error that reads "Access to this resource is forbidden by guests".
Making guests accessible as a group could also help resolve not providing visibility of the apps.

Neither during the creation on fly (During share) nor after it was created (User… list/ User profile).
The problem is that it doesn't show any group in the group list
