The issue you are facing:
Following upgrade from Nextcloud 13 to Nextcloud 14, I can no longer access the “Settings” page/menu.
When i click the “Settings” link after logging into my Nextcloud server, i receive the following message in my web browsers (current versions of Opera, Firefox, and Edge):
500 Internal Server Error
nginx/1.15.3
This error did not occur in Nextcloud 13; it began following upgrade to Nextcloud 14.
All other Nextcloud 14 functionality appears normal.

Steps to replicate it:
- Upgrade from NC 13 to NC 14 using Arch Linux pacman.
- Log in to upgraded Nextcloud server
- Click on the “Settings” link
