Rescan-Error after update to version 11

Hello, I have updated to version 11. The PHP version is 7.1
If I now after successful upload my files scan with the command
"\n sudo -u username console.php files:scan --all"
I get the following error: "This version of Nextcloud requires at least PHP 5.6.0"
How can I fix the error or give it another command.
Does not this work under this version?

I don’t know if they test everything related to PHP 7.1 systematically. So I would consider the php 7.1 support experimental. So please report this issue directly to the bugtracker on https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues
