Reporting plans and practices

How are you generating reports to keep your pointy-haired managers at bay?

I’m relatively new to kanban and sprint planning, and not sure what to expect. However, I’m thinking there are probably “standard” charts that practitioners are using to communicate project velocity and status with confidence to stakeholders. E.g. line graph showing number of cards opened (or closed) vs time, a table of active cards and their due dates (possibly filtered by user assigned to), etc.

Any suggestions? What have you found works for you? Are there new features coming?

Thanks,
Dale
