There is an issue.

interim solution:

Supposedly installing and disabling the new Whiteboard app removes the error, gonna try this now. Edit: I can confirm that having the Whiteboard app installed fixes the issue.

That seems to have fixed it. After installing the Whiteboard app the error message has stopped. Thanks for the advice.
