The public share page for some reason provides information about file owner - this can be seen when clicking on the ‘People’ button - this is a filter for the listed files based on file owner.
This can be a privacy problem, since this is public-share.
How information on the file owner can be removed from the public share? Or perhaps how to remove this filter altogether from the public-share page?
I was able to locate vue file responsible for this filter, but I don’t want to completely destroy this filter since it is used by Files app in general, including for internal shares & interfaces
Perhaps you should create an issue for this. Apart from the data protection problem, it makes no sense at all to filter by user, as it is only the user who owns the share. Even if third parties upload files there.
But maybe it’s not so bad after all:
Information from the user can also be determined differently for shares. If you allow the download, the user can add the share (Nextcloud federation) to their own Nextcloud instead of downloading it and thus find out the Federated Cloud ID. Look documentation and there this screenshot.

If you look closely, there is no difference between “federation shares” and “public shared links”. The only difference is that anyone can assign a public link to their Federated Cloud ID.
Nevertheless, you should simply not display the options for public shares.
Here an example share from admin@nc.nl.tab.digital:
