Ok thanks I think I found a way and it seems to work to test I used the name of app
but it seems I need to use appid?
Not enough arguments (missing: “app-id”).
OK i found the exact name and I manged to disable it. Great thanks guys
Oh one thing I disabled documentserver_community but when I try to enable it it gives me this error
The column ‘change_index’ on table ‘oc_documentserver_changes’ already exists.
Try removing referring app

Wow I am back online and it feels great. 
Now one more question. When I restore from backup is it recommended that I drop every thing from database before restoring?
I don’t think that this is needed. At least not usually
