Hi. I’m a freelancer who has access to nextcloud files through a website. I accidentally deleted some files and am not sure how to recover. Is there an easy and fast way to recover the files? I have no admin access only low level access to files via website.

files that the user has deleted to the trashbin can be recovered by that user:
without the correct admin permissions, you will not be able to recover files that do not belong to the user in question.
