Recognize not adding new faces to ones already named?

I have a well running Nextcloud instance … 29.03 AIO on Ubuntu ontop of WSL.

My question is about Recognize.
Its been crawling over a large set of images and recognizing faces just fine.

I have been naming people as it discovers new faces, but as I do this when other images are classified they are not added to the group I have already named.

Am I misunderstanding the purpose of the app?

Mmmh. It may just be that the clustering is not working well? The titles of the face clusters do not influence whether new faces are added to them or not.

Thanks Marcel. I did a fresh reinstall through AIO just to see if something was off. I had been messing around with trying to enable my Nvidia for Tensor GPU recognition and perhaps I screwed something up.
